Dave Snyder

David Snyder, CEO of Realogic Solutions and its subsidiaries, is an accomplished executive with decades of experience in senior leadership roles. Since the 1980s, he has founded and guided multiple firms to commercial success, with a focus on leveraging technology to empower people. In 1993, David founded Realogic Inc., a leading technology consulting and systems integration firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. As Chairman, President, and CEO, he grew the company to over 350 employees before its acquisition by Computer Associates (now Broadcom) in 1998.
Prior to founding Realogic, David held several high-level executive positions. He is nationally recognized for his leadership in job repatriation, workforce innovation, and economic development strategies. David graduated cum laude from Ohio University's College of Business and has served on both the College’s Executive Advisory Board and the University’s Board of Trustees.
Martin Disterheft
CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER
Martin Disterheft, President of RealogicWorks, is a seasoned global technology and software executive with nearly three decades of experience. His expertise spans information technology, IT services, and both corporate and private equity environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
Martin currently leads RealogicWorks’ international expansion efforts and oversees comprehensive service delivery. Previously, he served as President of an Oracle partner operating across North and Latin America, and as Director at Robert Bosch Corporation, where he pioneered engineering services for global collaborative software development—particularly in embedded automotive control systems.
Michael Richard
CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER
Michael Richard, Chief Innovation Officer at Realogic Solutions, brings over 25 years of experience as a technology executive. He has led large technical teams of over 230 professionals and played a pivotal role in guiding strategic technology decisions at the executive level. Michael is recognized for his expertise in scaling data centers, facilities management, software product management, and advanced manufacturing.
He specializes in applying Agile management practices to drive innovation, organizational transformation, and measurable business outcomes. His background includes executive roles at Ford Motor Company, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology). Michael earned his degree from Michigan Technological University's College of Computing, where he continues to serve on the advisory board.
Richard McDonald
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Rick McDonald is a seasoned leader in the staffing and human resources sectors, with over 25 years of experience in team building, operations, and workforce strategy. During his tenure at Robert Half, he gained deep insights into addressing workforce needs in the healthcare and technology industries. He also previously led a publicly traded company that completed 17 acquisitions across the U.S. within just 23 months.
Rick now serves in dual roles as Chief Administration Officer at Realogic Solutions and Division President at both RealogicHR and Real Talent Group. A lifelong supporter of the Pittsburgh community, Rick completed his graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and has remained active in local school and community organizations, demonstrating an enduring commitment to empowering the future workforce.
