David Snyder
Chief Executive Officer

David Snyder, Chief Executive Officer of Realogic Solutions and its subsidiaries, is a poised leader with extensive C-suite experience. Focused on empowering people with technology, Dave founded and subsequently guided several firms to commercial success dating back to the 1980s. In 1993, Dave founded and served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Realogic Inc., a 350+ employee technology consulting and systems integration firm he established in Cleveland, Ohio and later acquired by Computer Associates (now CA Technologies) in 1998. Prior to forming Realogic, he held several executive-level positions. Dave was one of the country's foremost experts in job repatriation, innovative workforce, and economic development strategies and projects for a decade. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Ohio University's College of Business and previously, a member of the College of Business Executive Advisory Board in addition to the University's Board of Trustees.

William Bangert
Chief Revenue Officer

William Bangert has successfully led sales organizations through mandates for mission and culture change during periods of growth or disruption throughout his senior executive roles at Concentrix, CSC, BCE, Gartner, AT&T, and Equant. He currently serves as the executive team lead for revenue generation at Realogic Solutions. A native of Great Britain, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a BA with honors in International Relations from Keele University.

Martin Disterheft
Chief Delivery Officer

Martin Disterheft is an accomplished global technology and software executive who brings nearly 3 decades of experience to his role of President of RealogicWorks. His bachelor’s degree in management information systems informs his role in information technology, IT services, and corporate and private equity environments. Currently spearheading RealogicWorks’ international expansion, he is responsible for its overall service delivery. Prior to this role, Martin served as president for an Oracle Partner in North and Latin America and worked for Robert Bosch Corporation as Director, establishing engineering services for global collaborative software development processes with a focus on embedded automotive control units.

Christopher Flaesch
Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer

Chris Flaesch, a United States Marine Corps veteran, is a longtime entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in software product development, IT infrastructure, and fintech. After his time at Oracle, Chris founded and sold two payment systems companies and operated a multi-billion global P&L center for a major global system integrator. Currently Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Chris is responsible for the strategic planning for Realogic Solutions and its subsidiaries. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and holds an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Richard McDonald has extensive experience in the Staffing and Human Resource industry with over 25 years of experience building and operating teams. His previous work at Robert Half allowed him to see and fill needs in the healthcare and tech industries. After leading a publicly traded company that amassed 17 acquisitions in 23 months throughout the U.S., he currently serves as Chief Experience Officer for Realogic Solutions as well as the Division President for RealogicHR. Rick graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and is passionate about empowering the workforce of tomorrow.

Michael Richard
Chief Product Officer

Michael Richard has over 25 years of technology executive experience and has led technical teams of over 230 professionals while framing strategic technology decision-making for corporate officers. He is a subject matter expert in massive scaling of data centers, facilities management, Software Product Management, and advanced manufacturing. Michael also effectively develops Agile management within organizations while aligning resources as a disruptive force to achieve strategic and financial objectives. His previous experience in executive positions at Ford Motor Company, Sun MicroSystems, IBM, and Computer Science Corporation (DXC) has led him to his current role of Chief Product Officer and Automotive Industry Lead for RealogicWorks. A graduate of Michigan Technological University, College of Computing, Michael serves as an advisory board member.
